Incase if you're not satisfied with our service, you can open up a ticket with "High priority" or what ever is your priority is. We will try to resolve your problem as soon as we can. If you still don't want to be on our platform, you can request a refund. Refund must be requested within 14 days of product order. As soon as you have requested refund, we will review your request and refund you your whole amount. However, this doesn't apply on renewal services.
