Refund Policy


Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the (shadowhosting.net) website (the “Service”) operated by Shadow Networks International (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Anywhere "client", "he/she", "him/her", "user" is mentioned, it is subjected to the person who is using our service. Wherever "client", "he/she", "him/her" is mentioned, it is subjected to the person using our service.

We reserve right to reject any refund at any time without informing the client prior to the request.

  • Refund can be made ONLY if a valid reason with proof/evidences are provided.
  • Refund requests are subjected to our administrator's decision. We reserve right to reject refund request anytime if we think that it is an attempt made to harm company's financial condition.
  • If an attempt is made to pay for the service and then ask for refund, in the form of a conspiracy against us, we reserve rights to ban the user and report it to proper law authority.
  • If we are unable to meet your expectations, you can open a ticket and provide proper and valid information on why you didn't like our service.
  • Refund can be issued within first seven days of payment made.
  • We would not refund payments that are subjected to automatic payments(renewal subscription) as it is the user's duty to cancel their subscription(if any) after they've withdrew their service from us.
  • Client is eligible for refund ONLY when requested.
  • In some circumstances, we may not be able to issue a full refund(partial or full with fees deducted)(depending upon the country of subscriber/client).
  • Mode of Refund

  • All refunds are subjected to be credited in client's respective account at Shadow Hosting Clientarea.
  • Monetary refund are possible only if we're unable to process your order. Or in exceptional cases.
  • Services that are not eligilble for refund.

    Client may not ask for refund FOR/When:

  • Dedicated servers.
  • Domain names.
  • Funds/Credits available in their account.
  • Setup fees.
  • Services that are suspended due to violation of terms of service.
  • Disputes/Chargebacks were open in past.
  • Payments made using cryptocurrencies.
  • Renewal payments
  • We may revise this refund policy at anytime with/or without informing client/users. It is the user's reponsibility to be updated about any changes that are made. However, we would keep a date of "last updated" on the top of the page, below the title.
